If you spend each morning 30 minutes reading, and spend one day a week working on a side-project, where you apply the new-gained knowledge, you’re gonna master a lot of tools in a year. Also, learning how requests work, and how to read documentation, will also help you become a better no-code developer. By understanding the basics of JS, you will be able to “translate” a lot of concepts to Wized and Make.com. Frameworks – Frameworks are generally components or functions that are implemented to improve the performance of development.

Ask a question or write your feedback/review of this roadmap or tell anything to the people considering this roadmap. You can use Vue.js or Angular in place of React if you are already comfortable with them. In some cases, you can skip a front end JS framework/library entirely . Back-end developers are amongst the highest-paid professionals.

Development

You can think of it as a front-end framework, similar to Vue or React, just without code. Build the habit of testing and debugging your Websites and apps across browsers. You can either install several browsers on your device, or you can use a tool like Lambdatest. Learn how to use a naming convention like Client-first, to become a better developer, and to stay more organized.

Full Stack Developer roadmap

With the increasing demand for Full Stack developers in the market and the changing trends in the tech industry, every aspiring tech student wants to pursue a career in this field. Apart from the good salary package this field offers, it also gives you a chance to play on the front foot and by your own rules. Since both the back-end and front-end development is in your control, you can be creative and flexible and use advanced technology to build the best product in the market. Many of the front-end as well as back-end frameworks include NodeJS and AngularJS use JavaScript. It is widely used for applications like chatbots using full stack technology.

Full Stack Developer roadmap

Some of my students who now work at some of the largest tech firms in the world as Senior Developers used this course as their roadmap. Because by truly understanding the “why”, you can speak intelligently about them in interviews even without a lot of experience using them. Back-end Development https://wizardsdev.com/ refers to server-side development. Back End Developer responsible for back-end server-side web application. Master in all the techniques involved in a development and designing project. Progressive web apps are essentially web apps that run like native apps on a users phone.

How to become a Full Stack Developer – RoadMap

“Full-Stack Development with MEVN Stack” by Udemy – This course focuses on building full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, Vue.js, and Node.js stack. The learning curve may be shorter for individuals with prior experience in web development. With a solid foundation in front-end or back-end development, it may take six months to 1 year to gain a comprehensive understanding of full-stack development. That’s why it’s important to always keep on learning new concepts, tools and soft-skills. For me, HTML and CSS were quite easy to learn, since Webflow teaches you how things work.

It includes the library of tools and modules that builds the architecture of a website. Several popular back-end frameworks are Express, Django, Ruby on Rails, etc. Backend development refers to a process done for server-side development.

Servers

REST API’s are the bridge between back-end and front-end development, so make sure you understand how they work. Use the public API’s to get the data, and display this within your app. Check out css-tricks.com for a comprehensive guide on CSS.

However, we believe that this roadmap will help you get started on your journey and motivate you to explore new areas. The blog has covered everything you need to know to become a fully-fledged full-stack developer. But simply knowing what to learn and where to start is insufficient. Especially if you are new to the world of coding, becoming a full-stack web developer may seem like a demanding task. As a rookie, you may believe that you have a great deal to learn in a short amount of time. Having these additional skills can make a full-stack web developers well-rounded and equipped to tackle any challenge that comes their way in the dynamic field of web development.

Title: Prehabilitation for patients undergoing hip arthroscopic surgery for Femoroacetabular Impingement syndrome- a feasibility study

Femoroacetabular impingement syndrome (FAIS), resulting from abnormal acetabular or femoral head/neck morphology is a well-known pathological entity found in young active adults. Patients with FAIS often have pain, stiffness and functional limitations. Hip arthroscopy is often recommended when conservative management has failed to address the symptoms. However, the road to recovery is often lengthy due to a multitude of factors. This study will evaluate the feasibility, suitability and acceptability of a novel prehabilitation programme within an NHS setting and inform the design of a future large-scale trial testing the effectiveness of prehabilitation in patients undergoing hip arthroscopy.

Sonia Ubong

MPHIL STUDENT

Sonia E. Ubong is currently undertaking her Master’s in Medical Sciences (Surgery) in the Division of Trauma and Orthopaedic surgery, at the University of Cambridge.

Her research is focused on investigating the relationship between Cam-type Femoroacetuabular Impingement and patients with Axial Spondylarthritis and Psoriatic Arthropathy.

Sonia was drawn to a career in Trauma and Orthopaedic surgery due to the variety in the demographic of patients and the practical nature of the speciality. Inspired by experiences as a medical student at King’s College London, Sonia recognised that although technical excellence and clinical judgment are imperative for all surgeons, a commitment to the study of fundamental pathology is essential for advancing the field of Orthopaedic Surgery. It is through this understanding that Sonia is now working on several projects at the Young Adult Hip Research group under Mr Vikas Khanduja’s guidance.

Sport has been a strong feature of Sonia’s career. She earned her Cambridge Blue in the 2022 Rugby Varsity match at Twickenham. Her keen interest in sport has ultimately led to her growing interest in orthopaedic pathologies that affect young adults.

Students being able to explore their interests in Orthopaedic surgery is extremely important to Sonia. As such, she currently sits on the British Orthopaedic Medical Society Association (BOMSA) collaborating with medical schools to enhance the student experience and exposure to Orthopaedic surgery.

Research Summary

Project: Core Outcome Measure in Hip Preservation Surgery
Publishing articles on hip preservation surgery (HPS), made me aware of the usage of patient reported outcome measures (PROMs) in YAH pathologies with no consistency amongst different studies. The project plan consists of (1) Evaluating the different PROMs used in HPS via a systematic review, (2) qualitative interview of patients to get feedback regarding the outcomes relevant to those suffering from non-arthritic hip pain and (3) finally a consensus study amongst expert from around the world via a Delphi process to come to a conclusion of the core outcome set (COS) in HPS, which has the potential to become a standard for future trial in HPS.
